Educated in Milan, San Diego CA, and Lugano Switzerland, her background spans design, marketing, psychology, and organizational development, shaping a multidisciplinary and systemic approach to leadership and strategy.
Since the early 2000s, she has collaborated with executive teams, financial institutions, public organizations, and international brands, supporting long-term leadership development, cultural transformation, and strategic alignment during periods of growth and change. Between 2006 and 2019, she held extended consulting engagements with major Swiss banking and financial services groups, designing executive training, coaching, and people development programs.
Alongside her corporate work, Monica has founded and led social and cultural innovation projects, including Smart Village and Moka People, exploring the intersection of Art, Business, Sensory intelligence, and Community ecosystems.
Recognized for her ability to read complexity and navigate organizational transitions, her work today is grounded in the REWILD approach, supporting leaders and organizations in building sustainable, human-centered futures.
MONICA RUSH SOLCÀ
Roberto Provana is a trainer, consultant, and researcher specializing in the field of high potential development. He works with institutions and companies on people management, communication projects, and organizational initiatives characterized by highly innovative cultural and methodological approaches.
Specialized in Psychotherapy, he has also worked as a journalist and public educator, publishing articles and independent research for several specialized publications. He is the author of numerous books and essays focused on management culture, psychological empowerment, and motivational and behavioral orientation techniques.
Roberto teaches at universities, institutions, and companies, delivering workshops and tailor-made executive training programs. For several years, he served as Adjunct Professor at the MIP School of Management of Politecnico di Milano and is currently a member of its Extended Faculty.
He is the founder of the Human Intelligence Institute, dedicated to the study of taking and decision-making processes in relation to the evolving synergies between Human Intelligence and Artificial Intelligence.
ROBERTO PROVANA
She works across media production, cultural communication, and international creative environments, developing projects connected to art, sustainability, and social transformation.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Géographie et environnement from the University of Geneva and a Master’s Degree in International History from the Geneva Graduate Institute. She also completed the Moral Foundations of Politics certification through Coursera.
With a long-standing interest in permaculture, regenerative communities, and alternative cultural models — further deepened through an intensive four-month experience in Brazil — she explores themes related to territory, human well-being, and collective transformation. Alongside her work in media and cultural production, she is also active as a musician and facilitator, integrating artistic practice, education, and experiential approaches into her projects.
As co-founder of Rush Productions / Rush Luxury Films, she has produced, directed, and developed independent documentaries and international creative initiatives, collaborating with artistic, cultural, and luxury-oriented organizations through a vision that combines aesthetics, research, and human experience.
CAMILLA BAUMANN
Francesco Garello is an executive, advisor, and author specializing in people development strategies, leadership and organizational transformation.
He holds a Law degree from the University of Turin and has built an international career leading Human Resources and Organizational Development functions within some of Italy's most prominent companies.
After holding senior leadership positions at Ferrari, Fiat, and Ass. Generali, he is currently Group Head of Human Resources and Organization at Geox.
His years at Ferrari, Fiat Auto, and Assicurazioni Generali enabled him to apply his expertise in aligning business strategy, organizational culture, and people development, contributing to large-scale transformation, integration, and organizational change initiatives.
He is the author of several books and publications on leadership, the evolution of management and organizational culture, including Fiat People that tells the story of Avanti Veloci, the change management program developed during Fiat's turnaround and internationally recognized as a best practice, and Formula People & Human Intelligence that explores the relationship between human intelligence, leadership, and digital innovation.
